FORKS AND SHOCK SERVICE INCLUDING SEALS, OIL AND GAS

FORKS •Complete disassembly of forks including all internal parts •Inspection of all parts for wear or damage •Inspect and check inner and outer tubes for straightness •Polish chrome tubes (if needed) •Dissasemble piston assemblies, clean and flatten pistons. •Inspect bushes and replace if necessary (Oil seals and dust seals included but not bushes) •Rebuild with high performance fork fluid •Set up info pack with base settings and oil levels All suspension work will receive Shocktech stickers unless instructed otherwise. Shock •Complete disassembly of shock •Inspection of all parts for wear or damage •Polish piston rod •Strip piston assemblies, clean and flatten pistons •Replace oil seals, inspect dust seals, bushes and replace if necessary (parts not included) •Rebuild shock with high performance shock oil •Charge with nitrogen •Set up booklet with base settings and oil levels All suspension work will receive Shocktech stickers unless instructed otherwise.
